User Agreement

Please read this agreement carefully before using PPCha application

Effective Date: October 3, 2025

Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using PPCha ("the App"), you agree to be bound by this User Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

Description of Service

PPCha is a lightweight iOS application focused on Picture-in-Picture (PIP) photography, allowing users to:

  • Capture photos using both front and rear cameras
  • Create Picture-in-Picture compositions
  • Switch between cameras seamlessly
  • Save and share created images

User Responsibilities

You agree to use PPCha only for lawful purposes and in accordance with this Agreement. You are responsible for:

  • Any content you create using the App
  • Respecting copyright and intellectual property rights
  • Complying with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account (if applicable)

Privacy Policy

PPCha values your privacy. Our application:

  • Does not collect personal information without your consent
  • Processes photos only on your device unless you choose to share them
  • Does not track your activities across other applications
  • Complies with Apple's App Store privacy requirements

Note: When you share photos created with PPCha through third-party platforms, their privacy policies will apply to the shared content.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the PPCha application, including but not limited to software, design, and branding, are owned by the developers. You retain all rights to the photos you create using the App.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use PPCha to:

  • Create or share illegal, harmful, or offensive content
  • Infringe upon others' intellectual property rights
  • Harass, threaten, or impersonate others
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or modify the application

Disclaimer of Warranties

PPCha is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free. Your use of the App is at your sole risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PPCha developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the App.

Changes to Agreement

We reserve the right to modify this User Agreement at any time. Continued use of PPCha after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to PPCha immediately if you violate this Agreement. You may also stop using the App at any time.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer is based, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
